What are the monetary considerations related to keeping a foster child?
Q. My wife and I are considering becoming foster parents for a relative child that the state of Illinois is (rightfully) taking away. We would love to take the child in but are worried that monetary stipends would not be enough to support the child. I thought I made it clear; money is an issue because me and wife do not have the money to support a child right now, thats why we don't have any. If we could support a child without a stipend, we would have our own. I am asking this to you all because I am tired of hearing on various websites and from DCFS workers saying "your real reward is the love and compassion you feel from the child." Well sorry, I am not thinking about doing this for any reward, I am doing this because I feel we could… [cont.]

A. I'm sorry, but if you can't afford the child you shouldn't take him/her. I'd love to adopt several more children but know my limits. You should, too. It's not only your future that you are playing with.

Q. I would like to find a few articles on the monetary and fiscal policies of the meat/chicken industry. I just ran into a road block and can't seem to find any sources for this. Although monetary policy is a 'get them all' approach, fiscal policy can be directed toward specific industries. The influences of certain Monetary policies that adversely certain industries can be overcome in budgets (fiscal policies) to overcome these adverse affects.

what are the penalties for monetary theft?
Q. a friend of mines offered to put my tax refund in her account and after a year it was said it was not deposited...after contacting the IRS I discovered it was deposited in her husbands savings account not shortly after we first filed my taxes! I was so shocked that it had been there all that time! well she told me that his savings account was closed, which means my money has been spent. she doesnt want to give me my money now. I definitely cant afford it but, cant I take her to court? is there a penalty for monetary theft? Is this considered tax fruad? Cant I sue for that? Any helpful information about this situation will be greatly appreciated Im so confused and dont know what to do.

A. Yes, you can. Make sure you have a copy of your electronic tax with the account number on it and everything and take it to your locat tax office or contact the IRS for the office nearest you and watch you get your money. Good Luck.
